At Barker Shoes, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear is not a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Shoes

  Carefully place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
